2022-23 Financial Year Program Update
Migration Tasmania is currently awaiting for advice from the Australian Government on Tasmania’s nomination allocation for the 2022-23 program year.
Information on the quota as well as on the timeframes for opening to new applications for the state nomination will be published on the Migration Tasmania website in future once the quota is received.
2021-22 Program Year Processing
Migration Tasmania continues to process applications lodged in 2021-22 financial year and will record nominations in Skillselect for successful applicants after the 2022-23 program year quota is received from the Australian Government.
All applications lodged in the 2021-22 year will be processed against/ according to the 2021-22 year nomination criteria.
Visa Processing Time Update For Tasmania State Nomination
Migration Tasmania is currently working on applications that were sent in around the early February.
Migration Tasmania already have a lot of applications, and many of them have different deadlines.
Because of this, Migration Tasmania can’t prioritise applications based on visas, English tests, or other documents that are about to expire.
Please don’t send emails asking for priority for the reasons given above.
