Renaming the user account is so Windows XP. Windows Vista and newer will disable the local account anyways during deployment. It is not recommended to change the local administrator password before capture. Instead you should disable or rename the account during deployment if necessary.
Additionally MDT needs the local administrator account for deployment, if you rename it, even mid-way through the deployment it may break MDT. There are GPO available for use that I would recommend instead for renaming the local administrator account that are more secure for domain environments. It also says it’s un-fixable.
