‘I won’t be releasing any remark before of Pakistan-India match in T20 World Cup 2022’, says Harbhajan Singh

Former Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh has refrained from making any comments ahead of Pakistan’s match against archrival India in the ICC T20 World Cup, which is set to take place in Australia in October-November this year.

Pakistan and India will face off in another T20 World Cup on October 23 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, their second match in a year after Pakistan defeated India by a 10-wicket margin in Dubai last year.

Harbhajan Singh had to hide his face after India’s humiliating defeat, as Pakistanis mocked him for taking immense pride in his team’s strength prior to the match.

“I told Shoaib Akhtar that there is no catch for Pakistan to play India; please give us a walkover. You’ll play, lose again, and be disappointed. Our team is extremely strong and powerful, and they will easily defeat you “said the former off-spinner.

While apologising for his comments, Harbhajan refused to make any previous comments about the high-octane clash in October.

Harbhajan Singh told an Indian sports website, alongside former Pakistan pacer Shoaib Akhtar, “We have another T20 World Cup coming up, and this year, I will not make any statement, nor will I make a prediction.”

We’ll see what happens, whether it’s Mauka Mauka or something else. Things went wrong the last time this happened “He continued.
