Cricketer Naseem Shah has been appointed as the goodwill DSP of Balochistan Police

Pakistan cricket team fast bowler Naseem Shah has been appointed as the goodwill ambassador of Balochistan Police on Saturday.

Balochistan Police appointed Shah as “Honorary DSP” of Police. For this appointment, a ceremony was held at the IG Balochistan Police Office, Quetta, in which the Pacers were formally dressed in police uniforms and given ranks.

During the ceremony, Shah took to the stage to express his thoughts on his appointment. Smiling with obvious joy, the cricketer thanked the Balochistan police for the “honour”.

“As a child, I was afraid of policemen. My parents used to scare me by mentioning the police. However, as I grew up, I realized the sacrifices they made to keep us safe,” he said. Give,” he said.

“Not only do they risk their lives for us, but I have an even simpler example of their service. Those deployed with us in the NCA stay awake at night to protect us. If I don’t get I can’t even work. A good night’s rest. I have the utmost respect for the police and am deeply grateful for their help.”

Soon after the announcement, fans of the cricketer took to Twitter to express their love and support for him.

A user wrote: “National talented fast bowler Naseem Shah has been awarded the post of honorary DSP by Balochistan Police. Balochistan Police has made Naseem Shah its brand ambassador. Congratulations Masha Allah”

Others commented that he looked “gorgeous” in uniform, saying he was “shining”.

It should be noted that in July 2022, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police appointed Pakistani cricketer Shaheen Shah Afridi as a goodwill ambassador to promote the soft image of the law enforcement agency among citizens.

Speaking at the event, Afridi said that it is an honor for him to be the goodwill ambassador of KP Police. The cricketer paid tribute to the martyrs of the police force.

Highlighting the services of the force, he saluted the police.
